Absolutely! Metafit is all about building a strong foundation first. Our coaches will guide you through proper technique and form, offering modifications to suit your starting point. Once your technique is solid, we’ll help you safely increase the intensity to get the most out of each session.
For most people, 2 to 3 Metafit sessions a week is the sweet spot. That’s enough to see results in strength, fitness, and fat-burning—without overtraining. Metafit is intense, so rest and recovery are just as important as the workout. Your coach can help you plan the right balance based on your goals and schedule.
