Do you offer online classes?

No, our classes are ALWAYS in-person with a qualified Coach. Our sessions are designed to create a motivating group environment, where our Coaches can give real-time feedback on correct technique and push you to your limits to get the benefits of TRUE HIIT.

I’m a beginner—can I still do Metafit?

Absolutely! Metafit is all about building a strong foundation first. Our coaches will guide you through proper technique and form, offering modifications to suit your starting point. Once your technique is solid, we’ll help you safely increase the intensity to get the most out of each session.

How many Metafit sessions should I do each week?

For most people, 2 to 3 Metafit sessions a week is the sweet spot. That’s enough to see results in strength, fitness, and fat-burning—without overtraining. Metafit is intense, so rest and recovery are just as important as the workout. Your coach can help you plan the right balance based on your goals and schedule. Start with 1 and you’ll see the benefits!
